Dear Season Pass holders,
First of all, we want to thank you for your patronage over the past five years. BVICE has grown immensely, and keeping a non-profit rink going for this long is remarkable!
And, as you can imagine, every penny we take in makes a huge impact to keeping our doors open, and planning for a new and better rink.
Over the past few months you may have noticed that we are trying to provide a more professional rink atmosphere and better service for out patrons.
Keeping these things in mind, we hope you will appreciate our new policies concerning season passes:
?Passes paid monthly are charged on or close to the 15th of every month. Effective immediately, credit cards that are declined, and have to be re-processed will be assessed a processing fee of $10.00 for each re-process attempt.
?Monthly Individual Hockey passes increased in price from $36 per month to $40 per month on February 1st, 2006. Many of you extended that price into 2007. Effective June 1st, 2008, all monthly Individual Hockey passes will be charged *$40 per month.
(*unless special arrangements have previously been discussed)
?Recreational (only) pass holders will need to upgrade to a Hockey pass if they intend to use their pass for Stick & Puck or Drop-in sessions.
?Our insurance carrier requires a waiver of liability signed once per calendar year by each participant. This means we may request you to fill out and sign a new membership form each year even if your pass is not “expired.”
?If you have not filled out a new membership form in over one year, please stop by the rink and we can assist you at the front desk.
We will continue our efforts to improve your experience at BVICE. Your suggestions are always welcomed!
